roaming | If you have a laptop, you can read the card using the PCMCIA card slot in the side of the laptop. If you're using a desktop, you will most likely need an external card reader, something like this: http://envoydata.com/card_readers/addonics.htm
Either way, you will need some sort of precision farming desktop software program to read the data, create maps, print reports, etc. There are a number of these programs available - Ag Leader, Farmworks, MapShots, Case IH, New Holland, etc. If you search on this forum or visit the mfr's website, you can find out a lot about what the packages can do. The Case IH and New Holland software is essentially the same as Ag Leader's. | |
