| On my 1910 I drilled a hole big enough to get the cable through just below the steel ring on top. Found a large tapered solid rubber plug in the shop, drilled a hole the size of the cable, then cut it to put over the cable. Rammed it in to the hole from the inside then some silicone around it. Seals great. I have a magnetic mount on the camera, just stick it on the ring pointing down. It is well worth the effort. You can see exactly when the roller empties out. On canola it saves all those trips back to check when running out that last bit. | |
