Subject: JD 6420 fix or replacement?

Sunnyside, WA
Looking to possibly replace a JD 6420 that has developed a mind of its own. Like to not move every 3rd Friday. Have had the mechanics go through everything possible and the last resort is to put in a new BCU tomorrow. Tractor has about 5200 hours on it and starting acting up in April. Getting old fast. Any ideas on this problem?

The thought has crossed our mind to replace it. Needs closed center hydraulics, wet clutch, can MFWD, and loader. Any other options besides JD 6430? I haven't kept up with much lately. Closed center hydraulics seems to be the real kicker or I could go to a lower series tractor.
