don't know of a replacement but I think you could use and idler puley of the isze that would fit right over the track.... Any machinery dealer of size should have one that will fit.. The first one that comes to mind is the air conditioner idler pulley from a 1370 vintage Case. Other makes would also have one. it will come with a sealed bearing and probably needs a 5/8ths bolt or stud.
