 Nosey questions, how do you make a living growing potatoes?

 They are so inexpensive at the grocery I figure no way would I want to be involved with that.

We like our garden potatoes but gee, we can't compete on price compared to those beauties you are producing.

I have talked to potato farmers in Maine, NY and Idaho. Sounds riskier than corn soybean farming in the midwest.
