Yeah this is our first year with the bagger. It took us a couple of bag to figure out how to load them properly. It sure would have been nice to have some help from the dealer to get it set up the first time, but he is too busy farming himself instead of taking care of his business. The bags themselves are heavy, take 2 guys to load them, but once you get the hang of it, it should take 20-30 mins to get it set up, you just have to get the combine driver too promise not too have a fit when he has too wait. We also had a problem getting the plastic to stretch enough, the brakes didn't seem to brake much and just skid along the ground, once it started skidding it would push the bagger to the side causing bag to run crooked. A heavy tractor on the bagger may have helped. A warmer day may have also helped.

I think they make a killing though on selling the bags, not much too them for 800 bucks. When we where looking around the flaman ones looked really well built too me, but they where sold out by the time we had decided we wanted one. The akron one we have is made fine though. It cost us $19,000 for the bagger and we plan on renting the unloader. We split the purchase of the bagger with a neighbour and hopefully we can eventually split the purchase of the unloader between 4-5 guys around.
