roaming | Ted - FYI, the EZ-Guide series requires that a null modem be used in addition to the 9-to-5 adapter you mentioned. Everything else you stated is correct. The 9-to-5 adapter is also available from CNH.
The 5-pin Metripack connector in the 2500 series combines is in the same location as it was in 2300 series combines - in the very front of the fuse and relay box, in front of the fuse block. You can't see it; you have to feel for it.
