Subject: Ez Guide 500 and topography

Bonanza, Or
Tell me if my Ez Guide 500 and Ez Steer have been sippin leaded koolaid or if this will really happen. I was the swather driver today and I was cutting on a 1/4 mile pivot with a corner system that has about 30' fall in elevation from north to south. I was cutting in the pivot mode with the tracks in a half circle. The ez guide kept telling me that the track was not in the right place by 6' at the south end of the field but half way around and at the top is was perfect.
If you steer manually on the south part the cut came out just right on the next track as it did on the north end of the field where it was steering.
Could there possibly be 6' of length difference in this pivot due to the elevation change or what is the explanation for this?
