Anyone had experience getting drivers for the Pretec cards?

Have a customer that traded into a newer Gleaner Combine with the Fieldstar monitor. We all have Ag Leaders up to this point. This is the card that he was given to use and ran wheat with it this summer, but I can not reconize this card in either my desktop XP or laptop Vista. They both will find the new hardware, then asks to install software, begins installing device drivers, then asks for a CD which I do not have, Click on give me other options, and Windows couldn't find driver software for your device.

His AGCO dealer does not have the knowledge to help nor a CD with drivers.
