W. Kansas | Is anybody else having trouble with the Field Managers as of late? We have had three in the last two weeks all in Case IH SPX3320 sprayers running with EZ-Boom. On one of the displays it just went black, but you could still hear the touch tone and in the bottom right corner if you looked really close you could see the Trimble icon. The other two you could get to the home screen but no further. Two have already been sent in to Ag Express and replacements have been sent, but no explanation as to what was wrong with them. The third went bad as of yesterday. We have replacement and loaners on hand, but you have to chase down an unlock code so they will work with EZ-Boom. All three were installed per the 3320 installation directions. | |
