When you have the yield map displayed, try clicking on the "Markers" button in the lower right-hand corner of the screen. This should bring up a box that lists any markers that were used. You can select a symbol and color for each marker. You can also rename the markers to indicate what they represent. When you click OK, the symbols will be displayed on top of the yield map and will show up in the legend.
