Some please correct me if I'm wrong but as long as your radios are on the same frequency, everything should work fine. The reason that I mention radio frequency is because agricultural radios generally operate in the 900 megahertz frequency band (unlicensed) while construction radios generally operate in the 450 megahertz frequency band (licensed).
