Are you sure that you go with RTK? With RTK you do not have to shift tracks. Sounds like you fall back on SF2 Signal which provides you not the accuracy you aim for. Which value you have to shift the track? If you use more overlapping this surely would help, but that is not the sense of RTK.
Are you working on flat ground or side hills?
