Adams,MN | There are people that are buying their phone outright. That way the can activate and shut the phone off as they please. But all phone companies may not be the same. You can certainly use the phone for whatever it may be. You are not able to use the phone while transmitting corrections but otherwise it fine to use. I have seen plans from 25.00 on up (Cellular 2000). Verizon is 49.00 unlimited data,Altell is around 70.00 with 500 voice. But adding another line adds even better savings.
