Nebraska | From what my AL rep told me was if the planter has standard or high rate dickey john seed tubes, and pwm for the hydraulic drive, it'll work. and be intime for spring. Beta testing on several JD planters went very well this spring. as for the need for the jd screens, it won't be necessary. all functions required to operate the planter will be monitored. vac pressures etc. are monitored on analog gauges. Time will tell what EXACTLY the capabilities are with the insight planter control but i'm looking for it to be nearly identical to the Kinze Planter Monitoring.
