WCIN | Back in Dec 2015 I setup an account with the FAA, but the website was experiencing issues in Jan 2016. Someone on NAT showed a sticker that the FAA sent him in the mail.
Now, today I register the drone online using my existing account and there was marking instructions stated. Something about using a permanent marker inside the battery cavity was acceptable. I could not get back to that screen after paying.
I have the registration number------do I wait for a FAA sticker in the mail, use a Sharpe, or a label maker for ID.
