| Although I've never used it, I believe you get a call from someone at Mojo. We got one of the earlier units that had problems with cell reception. Whenever we needed help we just called with our cell phone. They've since released a kit to make the cell service better but we've never gotten it because we've had such good luck calling them. I would imagine the newer units have the cell service issue resolved.
If you're worried about service from someone that may be several states away, I wouldn't be concerned. In my experience the Mojo guys are knowledgeable, responsive and prompt in this department. It isn't all that often that you have to talk to them anyways after you get it set up. | |
