Is Meguiars product number G10810 "Trim Detailer". You are wasting your time using anything else. Clean the surface with soap and water (remove all bugs from bumper) and apply it fairly liberally. It is a gel-type consistency. You will need to apply it after every car wash for awhile, but after a couple applications, it will get to where the plastic stays looking nice all the time. Extra benefit is that it makes the plastic more slippery, so bugs are easier to remove from bumpers and side mirrors, bug goo will come off with the car wash nozzle, no scrubbing. Get it at wallmart, some auto parts stores, or order directly from meguiars. Get some Meguiars PlastX for your headlites, bug shield and other plexiglass while you're at it. Use a wax applicator pad to spread the Trim Detailer, best to use microfiber cloth with the PlastX since clear plastic scratches so easily.
