| The "original" minivan was rear drive - rear engine the Volkswagen Bus, later the Vanagon, until the late 1980's.
Also the mid - engined Japanese models:
Toyota Van in the 1980's, and the Toyota Previa into the 1990's.
Nissan and Mitsubishi also sold mid-engine, rear drive vans years ago, probably pretty rare.
Mazda MPV was a rear drive, don't know about more recent Mazda vans.
Many front-drivers had a four-wheel-drive option: Chryslers, Pontiacs, Nissan Stanza wagon with sliding doors, etc.
If you are talking current production models only, there are very slim pickings.
