3DR is going through a major restructuring at this time.They are changing their focus to more Professional/Commercial and not trying to compete at the consumer level.
The SOLO platform is designed to be open to upgrades . The software is open and they encourage outside modifications to the point of offering developer kits. The new agreement with the Sony camera division looks interesting. There is a 3DR pilots forum if interested. | |
