Nusbaum Farms LLC Bellfountain, OR | I'd bet a moderate sum of money that it's the seals on the bottom of the injection pump, especially if it's got some years on it. Also could be the little diaphragm lift pump on the other side of the motor, but that's less common. Pulling the inj. pump is pretty simple, and any pump shop worth a nickel will be able to get it in & out the door in 2 hours tops.
Edit: Didn't see the part about the lift pump earlier. My money's on the shaft seals.
