I use GK Technology Ag Data Mapping Solution software to view and interpret the Landsat data. I use early spring data for bare soils and July/Aug for in season NDVI. Full disclosure, I also work for GK as a sales rep, but I do zone creation, RX maps and tile/surface drainage design for my clients.
