IA | All InSight files are .ilf not .yld. The .yld files are from the Ym2000, PF3000, PF3000Pro, PF Advantage. Try the copy to card on the Home screen first if you have not done so already. Have you copied to card since the beginning of your wheat harvest? You may try accessing Wrench, Console, Memory, Copy all log files and see how many files are copied to your card. Was your card full by chance? Check the summary screen and see if the yield maps show up for your harvested fields, otherwise you may need to contact support for some additional help.
