Grand Rapids, MI | I guess I am not clear on what you are going to use it for...makes all the difference. APEX is a very basic program, that depending on who you talk to works well, or has all sorts of issues. I have not used it enough myself to know what is closer to the truth. I do know it is very limited in its abilities. If you say that georeferenced maps are of no value to you, what will you use it for?
There are other alternatives out there both in software and service providers, but again it depends on what you want out of the system. | |
