I don't think any requirements for the same weight or sizes of drones that came down recently for personal use have come down for commercial use. I will imagine it will and will be a little more detailed. The current licensing requirements do not apply to commercial use.
You have liability concerns no matter if it is commercial or for personal use.
Insurance companies will work out the details on what is required to insure drones as
problems happen going forward, loss ratios, etc.
