Camrose, Alberta | I posted a few days ago a problem I was having with my GS2, here is a follow-up.
The GS2 gave me some kind of display error, it said it had to re-start. Everytime it re-started it gave the same error. I copied the display error and its on the previous post under the name "GS2 problems."
The problem was likely caused by a corrupted file on the memory card. I ended up re-formatting the card and reloading the fields, boundries, products, etc. It seems fixed for now.
The local dealer sent a DTAC to JD and their response was that it might be caused by "recording while making tight turns" specifically while auto-steering using adaptive curves. Which I have used on a couple of fields. From what I understand it could be caused by when the boom backs up on itself. So this might be whats causing the corrupted file. JD feels they have the problem fixed and it will be available on the next update, which I am not sure when it is coming. | |
