It is not a hard job just a time consuming one. There is a torques headed bolt behind the dam on the table and all the bolts that hold the guards/poly skids on and it comes off once all bolts are removed. If I remenber right you take it off from the ends to the center and replace it just the opposite. From the center to the ends. Our knife drive did not change at all. the pieces are individual and are only about 6-8 inches long.
