5.9 cummins in Rogators are a wonderful thing. usually they just crack the block behind the starter, crack the head, drop a valve or spin mains. We have sold a ton of 2000-3000 hr 1254s with the isb engine and we have had our share of failures. Having yours chipped probably did it in they had enough problems stock.
