Alberta, Canada | I got another 575 and tried it out yesterday. It kicks loose bales every now and then. Loop on one end of twine. always. I have another 575 thats a year old and it never misses a beat from day one.
I was wondering is there possibly paint on something or what?
So anyway I looked it over closer and the twine fingers where not adjusted as per book or my 1st 575, they were a 1/4 inch advanced. Also the twine disc timing was off as per book, so I adjusted that. I'm going to test it out today again.
Needle timing looks good and I adjusted the twine disce holder spring a quite a bit as I thought it was just pulling out of the twine disc. Seems to happen on the non cut side always.
I'm going to take a close look if it does it today and see which end of the twine the loop is on. #1 or #2 (knotter or needle side)
