Subject: Re: 9500 grain leakage

Indiana
When you say left of center, are you sitting in the combine and is it left or standing in front of it. I have a 9400 and it leaks grain too. I finished wheat and I had leak on left and right side.I know the side access panels with the rubber strips leak a little. It looks like I need to replace the rubber strips and try to tighten the panels up better.
I noticed another place leaking. (Right side, sitting in the seat) When the front access panels on the throat are removed look to your left through the cylinder bars on the shaft. There is a collar on the shaft that breaks and lets a big gap for grain to fly out. I think that is a potential leak. The collar is still on the shaft, just not welded in place blocking the hole. Good luck on finding the leak, keep us posted.
