That would have been nice.  I crawled in those little access doors to do the front ones on ours last year and I was 24 yrs old, 6"1" tall!  It was a tight fit to say the least.   I agree, take one set off at a time, put the new ones on loose, spin it a few times, tighten them, and go on to the next set.
