You'd have to base the value on a good hard look at the tractor.... The engine's been done. What's next? Hydraulics? Clutch? Wheels?
You might get a real nice tractor there or you might get a time bomb that's had the **** pumped out of it for 10000 hours and I'd be leaning towards the latter...
It's worth about what he's got in the engine plus what the rest weighs on the scale in my opinion, and 5 grand might cover the engine work.
If the hydraulics are good and tight, the tires are good, the dual power works good (if it has dual power) and the PTO works correctly then it could go handier 8 or 9. It's hard to say. That's a lot of hours. It's in that zone where it could last YOU a long time or it could just be plain worn out.
