NC KS | Pull hose off and hook up to regulated air supply with pressure gauge (use gauges off of your oxygen bottle if necessary). Start turning up pressure while hand is on actuator rod. See when it starts to move. Should be around 26-29 psi. Diaphrams go bad in there, also. Rod is adjustable if you are just down, drill out center punch in coupler before trying to turn to increase boost. Do not unhook unless you want blown head gasket or worse. Check air filters, too.
