Subject: Yard Machinery.... John Deere F-525

Field Queen Inc.
Hey fellas.

Have a chance to get a very low hour machine at what I think is a very reasonable price due to a a church fire.

John Deere F-525..... Front mount 48 inch mower. Two large wheels up front and a single smaller one in back that does the steering. Nearly zero turn radius. Twin pedal hydrostatic.

Mower is less than 5 years old and neat as a pin. 195 hours.

They want 2800 bucks for it just to get rid of it. All the more wear on It I dont think I can bear to pass this one up.

What are the strengths and weaknesses of these mowers. I can already see it will be a PITA to work on if anything comes apart inside. It has hardly a scratch on it. Dumbest looking thing I have ever seen, but it looks like that bugger will really cut some grass and it would be really easy to throw around even the smallest yard. I need to mow about an acre and a quarter with it.

Let me know what you think. As always and opinions are welcome positive or negative.
