Kansas
When it is missing what happens when you loosen the line to the injector? Fuel spray everywhere?

Checked your engine oil? Is it diluted with fuel? Wondering if when it gets warm it looses compression somewhere and can't ignite the fuel?

Air bubbles in the coolant after it's warmed up? You say it gets hot, do you mean as in over in the red on the gauge or normal operating temps? If it's getting hot as in over in the red on the gauge start thinking about a head gasket or cracked head and a blown gasket that looses so much compression it can't fire or misses makes me think youd almost ballooned your rad by now or blown a hose off or something.

Only other alternative is a cracked line or a faulty pump but I'm not aware of these pumps having an issue where they drop a cylinder because of increased temps.
