CENTRAL ILLINIOS
Also check the orifice that regulates flow through the evaporator. It lets a small percent of the liquid evaporate out through the vapor tubes and thus provides the cooling that keeps the rest of the flow in liquid so it can be metered. If this orifice gets plugged there is no cooling and the system has spurts of both liquid and vapor going through it. You can unhook your vapor tube too see if any vapor is coming out as you are running or just take the orifice off and see if it is plugged.
