Pitch of the flighting and the angle that the auger rests at, both have a lot to do with capacity. How much flighting is exposed at the intake, will also affect capacity.

Looks like the flighting will turn at about 425 RPM, given the pulley sizes. IMHO, that's about the right speed for a 10" auger. Need more info to tell you more about the capacity though.
