I used to have one on my hagie.  Changing it wasn't that bad and I didn't have the quick change option.  I would think 20 minutes for two guys, that might be a little long too. 

Their are depth bands on the other side of those coulters.  The bar just runs in float going through the field. 

Like you said once you sidedress, it never rains.  That's why I sold it.
