I am a Raven dealer as well. We are having about a 10% failure rate on the Cruizer. It is an excellent unit, but Raven has found, like dhietz said, a problem with the board. When the Cruizer is working, they have been great.
From what we have seen there is no rhyme or reason to the problem. It is very random.
