First check and see if you have stuff stuck in the brushes, splits and other debris usually. that will always be the problem if I have one row that is less on pop than others. The brushes wont hold the beans in the slots and they fall out early. If thats not the problem then worn brushes and bands will do the same and check you disks to see if the seed slots are getting to large.
