Subject: Re: Raven Cruzer speed signal output

Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
Not familiar with the Sensor one Pop Monitor but on the Pop Monitors that I have worked with decreasing the Cal Number increases the speed.

If this is true you would want to use your normal number of 7773/2.

Raven controllers work the opposite way. If the indicated speed on the Raven device is too low, you increase the number. Possibly your Sensor One monitor operates that way also and then you do have a problem.

I know of devices that will slow down the signal - there are referred to as "divide by n" where n is the reduction factor. For example a divide by 10 circuit produces one output pulse for every 10 input pulses.

I am not familiar with circuits that operate in the other direction and actually create more output pulses than input pulses.
