Figure with only 2 boom sections, speed and rate what the gallons per minute is. I bet on a rogator that has a fairly big pump and it may not be able to put out a really small gallons per minute. With only two sections you may be down to 3 or 4 gallons per minute from a pump with a capacity of 140 gallons per minute.
