Subject: Hp gain from cold fuel and cool air going into.

Lewisburg, PA

On my pulling tractor I want to build a cooling box for the fuel to dump ice in and I also have an Intercooler to put on that I want to run cold water through. What for hp gain might I see from each . Thanks Luke
