| Engine on my 9270 will surge as much as 30 rpm at idle and will not get totally smooth until it gets above 1800 rpm.
The pump has been to the Cummins rebuild shop twice in the last month with no or little change in the surging.
The fuel supply and return lines to and from the tank have been replaced.
Injectors have also been replaced, the engine surged before replacing the injectors, and surged the same amount after changing.
This machine has 6000 hours on it, and it was purchased new.
Is there something Iam missing, any advice or ideas will be greatly appreciated. | |
