I did not know that about the timing so thank you I will look into that. I also plan to inspect the intercooler for any debris such as silicone that may have plugged it. I had a new one put on when I rebuilt it but I'll check it again. Once I've eliminated all other possibilites I'll put a new radiator in as it has leaked constantly since we owned it, always when pulling it. Your comment about simple things may also cause me to check the temperature gauge to see if it's accurate as well.
