| ... it is not possible to have an interior boundary without it being included within an exterior boundary. The objects are stored such that interior boundaries become child objects of the containing exterior boundary. What you are asking for is the creation of the child boundary, w/o having ever defined the original parent boundary. That doesn't mean that there are not ways to work around this, and I certainly can't speak to what Ag Leader might or might not do, but I just wanted to point out that what you are asking for goes against the concepts that are core to any GIS or geometry processing software. It will not be a trivial change. | |
