Our local blacksmith has pulled a few dents out with a piece of 5 or 6 inch pipe (about a foot or so long) cut the long ways. He then mounted it on a car scissors jack and made some handle extensions. He just slides it in and turns the handle. Can't remember if he heats it a little also. Seems to work pretty good.
