Brazilton KS | We have a D8006 Deutz. We bought it because it was on an auction 'not running' for the estate of one of our landowners and I made some calls to see what it was worth ahead of time, intending to make sure it wasn't given away. Ended up buying it, but got it to the shop and get it running so it just never quite made it to the salvage yard. We use it to run augers. It's quiet, doesn't burn too much fuel, and has taken a lot of hours which would have gone on more expensive tractors. We've put a hydraulic pump and alternator on it and had the starter repaired. Also had to take some linkages apart and free them up. Otherwise it has been normal service and run it.
