Yes, very natural from condensation. We had corn silage in a 25x65 and 25x85 that we started to feed after 5 years. Fed the last three winters until it was gone. Each time the structures sat, water would accumulate like you had happen. Run it for a few minutes and the wet, sloppy stinky stuff will come out and you will get to good feed.
