If you are looking for a low pressure boiler, I would buy a Universal Grain Burner.

www.universalgrainburner.com

I have heard no complaints, simple, small, dependable & will burn corn, oats wheat & rye. $ 6K 200,000 btu

The bixby however has some very cool technological comtraptions on it that require more babysitting than I would care to spend w/ it.
We have a dealer in the area that has sold a lot of bixby's & there is way to many grumpy comments on the dependability. The most common is it will sence a problem & shut down & wait for the sitter to show up.
